We're currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
Work Authorization: U.S. citizens and Green Card holders only. Sponsorship is not available for this role; no C2C or third-party candidates. Candidates must be able to work on our W2.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
- 2 years of IT business analysis experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Nice to Have: Visio and SharePoint experience
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptable to fast-paced environment
- Work with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn quickly and analyze data
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document system business requirements
- Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business
- Acts as an intermediary between stakeholders and IT/development teams to ensure technical deliverables align with business goals
- Collaborate with developers during implementation, review system designs, and sometimes assist with quality assurance (QA) and end-user training
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or 4 years of job-related work experience; or 2 years of job-related experience plus an Associate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job-related degree
The hourly rate for this position is $33.45.
