Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III for a Contract job with a client in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business systems analysis, financial and investment-related business processes, data management, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $62/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Systems Analyst III Job Responsibilities Include:

• Analyze, evaluate, and document business systems, user requirements, workflows, and operational processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and business strategies.

• Gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, process improvements, and system enhancement recommendations that support business objectives.

• Operate independently within the business unit by sourcing, transforming, validating, and analyzing data while requiring minimal support from IT teams.

• Develop and support business applications, automation workflows, and reporting solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related technologies.

• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to implement system improvements, resolve business challenges, and optimize operational performance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• A minimum of six to eight years of experience in business systems analysis, business process improvement, data analysis, or enterprise application support roles.

• Strong knowledge of business systems and working experience supporting investment, financial services, accounting, or finance-related business functions.

• Demonstrated ability to independently source, manipulate, transform, and analyze business data to support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Strong understanding of relational database concepts, database schemas, data relationships, and data management best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting investment management, portfolio management, financial reporting, asset management, or related financial operations.

• Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting platforms, dashboard development, and data visualization solutions.

• Experience learning and adopting new software platforms, technologies, and development tools within fast-paced business environments.

• Knowledge of business process automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise application integration methodologies.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $62.00 per hour
