Job Summary
We are looking for someone that wants to be a part of the Cardiac Procedures Unit (CPU) at the Frankel Cardiovascular Center as a Business Systems Analyst responsible for oversight of the cardiac device explant tracking process. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to manage the data when devices (pacemakers / defibrillators) are explanted, processed through Pathology and sent to the vendor to determine eligibility for a refund, resulting in processing the payment/refunds through Revenue Cycle. Hospital Compliance will need to receive regular reports to ensure we follow practices consistent with CMS requirements and avoid financial penalties.
In addition, other data management tasks and project management work will be assigned as needed. This is a part-time position . The standard work schedule is 5 (8-hour) days every two weeks, two days one week and three days the second week. Monday through Friday, 7:00 am ? 3:30 pm. Specific schedule to be determined through the interview process.

Desired Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree in a clinical field or comparable combination of experience and education
Epic MiChart access and/or other electronic medical record experience
Cardiology/EP/Device clinical experience
Previous project or data management experience

Background Screening
