Business Systems Analyst – Oracle HCM / Payroll

Jacksonville, FL 32225 | On-Site (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

ARC Group is recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst for a Fortune 500 company known for its global transportation, logistics, and supply chain services. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential to extend or convert to a full-time position.

The Business Systems Analyst will analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements, solutions, and process improvements. This position will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technology partners to support system implementations, enhancements, and organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, define, document, and translate business needs into system requirements and functional solutions.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems and processes.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams throughout system and process changes.
• Support Oracle HCM Fusion implementation and related system enhancements.
• Provide expertise supporting U.S. payroll legislation and complex payroll configurations.
• Work with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher reports, and Payroll Fast Formulas.
• Identify opportunities for system and process improvements and make recommendations.
• Assist with technical user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
• Perform quality-control reviews to ensure established standards and best practices are followed.
• Manage medium- to large-scale, moderately complex to complex analysis projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or a combination of post-high-school education and experience totaling eight years.
• Oracle HCM Fusion implementation experience.
• Extensive experience supporting U.S. payroll legislation and complex payroll configurations.
• Strong expertise with OTL, HDL, BI Publisher reports, and Payroll Fast Formulas.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
