Business Systems Analyst

Preferred:
Knowledge of GIS, BIM, SCADA, ERP, financial systems, or related operational technologies.
Strong data analysis skills, including SQL, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms.
Experience working in Agile or product-centric delivery models.
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications.
Experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
Required Skills and Experience:
Business Systems Analysis / Business Analysis: Minimum 6–10 years of experience.
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM): Experience required.
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Infrastructure Asset Management: Experience required.
IAM Certification and ISO 55000: Required.
Business Analysis, Process Mapping, Requirements Gathering, and Workflow Design: Required.
Enterprise System Integrations, APIs, and Data Management:Familiarity required.
Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Experience required.
Large or Complex System Implementations / Integrations: Proven experience leading requirements phases.
SDLC Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Enterprise Asset Management System: Must be specialized in Enterprise Asset Management Systems.
VUEWorks: Experience supporting implementation, enhancement, and adoption.
Data Quality, Data Governance, and Asset Information Management:Experience supporting these initiatives.
