Business Systems Analyst (Medicare /Medicaid) Location: Newark-NJ (Day one onsite) Duration: 12 Months Rate: DOE
Required: Experience/Skillset - Medicare or Medicaid
10+ years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required
At least 5-6 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required
Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above, and relationship managers
SME Knowledge of more than one payor domains such as Membership, Claims, Benefits, Pricing, Vendor Delegation etc.
Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD, RTM, User Stories etc.
Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies
Self-starter with strong communication, presentation, relationship building and strategic analytical skills

Strong time management, goal setting and task prioritization abilities
Minimum requirement of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
