Business Systems Analyst
POSITION LOCATION: Pittsburgh, PA, 15222
WORK ARRANGEMENT: 5 days onsite
Pay Rate: $55 to 65/hr. on W2 ONLY
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 12 Months Contract to Hire
FUNCTION OF THE GROUP: Mitigating Risk
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writing stories utilizing AI technologies/ Client Power Platform.
Requirements elicitation.
Functional and non functional requirements definition.
User stories and acceptance criteria creation.
Current state and future state process modeling.
Gap analysis and impact analysis.
Traceability and scope management.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (6+ Years of Experience Required):
1. Agile,
2. Jira,
3. Technical acumen (SQL, data modeling),
4. Problem-solving abilities,
5. Collaboration,
6. Project Management.
7. Financial/Banking Industry knowledge or experience.
FLEX SKILLS:
2. BSA activities with automation software (ex. Automation Anywhere).
3. Experience with AI technologies (Co-Pilot).
4. Working with internal clients.
5. Cross functional exp.
EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree Minimum
INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1st round HM and 2nd round HM and other team members
