Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for diagnose and resolve WMS errors, data discrepancies, and interface/integration failures between the WMA and other systems (ERP, TMS, EDI/RF/scanning hardware)
  
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify recurring issues before they impact operations
  
• Lead new system implementation projects, including new warehouse and software setup, with other project managers and IT
  
• Map business requirements to WMS capabilities by configuring workflows for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
  
• Diagnose configuration or integration errors, often testing software modifications and escalating complex issues to IT or software vendors
  
• Navigate WMS interfaces and modules for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving
  
• Maintain documentation of known issues, workarounds, and resolution steps
  
• Train warehouse staff and supervisors on system functionality and best practices
  
• Create/Update SOPs and quick-reference guides for common WMS functions
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
  
• Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain, and or Project Management
  
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Experience with SAP and WMS, or similar business systems and/or sales order management software applications
  
• Experience in working in a warehouse environment, primarily dealing with system analysis
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under time pressure during live operational issues
  
• Detail-oriented, especially around data accuracy and documentation
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advanced Excel proficiency
  
• Experience in High tech, Telecom, or Consumer Electronics industry
