We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions that drive business efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, assist with system integrations, and contribute to data reporting initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders across departments
Support the design, testing, and implementation of system integrations between internal and third-party platforms
Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data for reporting and analysis purposes
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data summaries to support business decision-making
Assist in the development and maintenance of scripts and automation tools using Python and C#
Contribute to project delivery by tracking tasks, meeting deadlines, and communicating progress to team leads
Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, and user guides
Participate in stakeholder meetings, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa
Identify and escalate system issues, proposing practical solutions where appropriate
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic working knowledge of Python and C# scripting/coding
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with system integration tools or middleware platforms (e.g., REST APIs, ETL pipelines)
Exposure to business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS)
Experience with ticketing or project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
