Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Master (MRO Domain)
Location: East Hartford, Connecticut - Onsite
Visa: USC/GC
Position type: FTE
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Master to support the development of a critical enterprise application focused on MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) operations.

Mandatory: Hands-on MRO domain experience is required. Agile/Scrum experience alone is not sufficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements across planning, repair, sourcing, and supplier management.
  • Analyze and map AS-IS/TO-BE MRO processes to support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Create functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow logic, KPIs, and dashboard requirements.
  • Validate business rules, data definitions, and operational metrics with SMEs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Lead UAT planning, testing, defect resolution, and production readiness.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives while removing delivery impediments.
Required Skills:
  • Strong Business Analysis experience with MRO, Repair Operations, Maintenance Planning, Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Inventory Optimization, and Demand Planning.
  • Experience in Digital Transformation, Process Reengineering, Process Mapping (AS-IS/TO-BE), and Workflow Automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, User Stories, UAT, KPIs, Dashboards, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with enterprise workflow platforms (Webcon or similar) is a plus.
