Business Systems Analyst Sr

A Senior Business Systems Analyst is typically responsible for leading and managing the analysis and design of information systems to meet the needs of an organization. Responsibilities may include:
Leading the gathering and documentation of business requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
Analyzing and evaluating existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Leading the design and development of system specifications, prototypes, and data models.
Leading meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and obtain approvals.
Developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure system quality and functionality.
Providing expert support and troubleshooting assistance for complex system issues.
Developing user documentation, training materials, and conducting training sessions.
Collaborating with developers and other team members to implement solutions.
Leading and managing large-scale projects or multiple projects concurrently.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level business systems analysts.
Staying current with industry trends and developments in business systems analysis.
