Position Overview

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst (Entry Level) to support a Client. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational experience in business analysis, Tableau dashboard development, and data visualization who are looking to grow within a dynamic public-sector environment.

The selected candidate will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Tableau dashboards using Microsoft SQL databases and other enterprise data sources. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to gather requirements, provide reporting solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to task and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Tableau Dashboard Support & Development

• Assist in the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
  
• Support the creation of data visualizations and reports using Microsoft SQL databases and other enterprise data sources.
  
• Ensure dashboard accuracy, usability, and timely delivery according to business and supervisory requirements.
  
• Perform updates, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing Tableau dashboards.
  

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Coordination

• Participate in meetings with internal clients, stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements and collect feedback.
  
• Assist in presenting dashboard drafts, updates, and reporting solutions to stakeholders.
  
• Document meeting notes, requirements, action items, and project progress.
  
• Support the translation of business needs into functional reporting and dashboard requirements.
  

Technical Collaboration & Data Coordination

• Coordinate with IT teams, Database Administrators, GIS teams, and external data vendors to identify required data sources, tables, and fields.
  
• Assist with data validation, analysis, and reporting quality assurance activities.
  
• Support workflow analysis and process improvement initiatives related to reporting and business operations.
  

Project & Task Support

• Assist with managing assigned tasks, timelines, and deliverables under supervisor guidance.
  
• Maintain organized documentation of project activities and reporting progress.
  
• Ensure assigned work meets internal client expectations and established quality standards.
  
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
