Business Systems Analyst

Introduction

Join our dynamic team where you will perform a variety of systems-related analytical activities. You will engage in detailed systems requirements analysis and documentation, serving as a technical liaison between business clients and the development group. Your role will involve translating business needs into technical configurations and working closely with project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis and implementing software projects.
• Experience with laboratory information systems and a background in Pharma.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and participation in Scrum stand-up calls.
• Experience with tools/systems like Azure DevOps, Modern Requirements, and MS Tooling.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with queries, report writers, and databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
• Project management skills and ability to work independently and in teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead requirements meetings with business analysts, end users, and others to break down product requirements.
• Document system requirements and coordinate user stories for managing, planning, and testing work.
• Communicate technical feasibility and project plans to business clients, coordinating with project teams.
