Overview

Client is seeking a Partner Operations / Reporting Analyst to support pipeline reporting, partner portal operations, deal registration review, partner onboarding, and PRM tool usage. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel, and the ability to support partner queries and operational reporting processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the pipeline reporting function, including approving partner-registered deals subject to specific requirements.
  • Audit deals entered by partners against specific data elements.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new partners into the partner portal.
  • Resolve partner queries and issues related to PRM tool usage.
  • Complete analysis related to tool metrics and usage.
  • Ensure lead routing methodologies are followed and accurately recorded within the partner portal.
  • Support the PRM administrator with tool updates and maintenance.

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • Strong analytical competency.
  • Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Experience with customer engagement and query resolution.
  • Ability to manage competing demands in a matrixed work environment.
  • Fluent English language skills.

Preferred Skills or Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics, or business analytics.
  • Experience supporting PRM tools, partner portals, deal registration, lead routing, or partner operations.
