Business Systems and Integrations Analyst 

Department: Operations

Reports to:   Operations Manager

Location:   HQ Superior, CO

Salary Range: $90K-$120K 

POSITION SUMMARY 

This role partners with business leaders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering to improve how work gets done. By understanding business processes and operational challenges, the Business Systems and Integrations Analyst designs and supports technology solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, scalability, and user experience across Magswitch's global operations. This is a hands-on role. The right person must be comfortable working directly in ERP, CRM, integration, EDI, and eCommerce systems to troubleshoot issues, configure solutions, validate data, support users, and manage outside consultants or vendors effectively

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Own and continuously improve end-to-end system business processes that support Magswitch operations while partnering with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into effective technology solutions. 

    Meet with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather and document business requirements, recommend improvements, and translate business needs into scalable system solutions. 

    Become a trusted technology partner to business leaders by proactively identifying opportunities to simplify work, eliminate manual processes, and improve system capabilities.

    Monitor and troubleshoot business system integrations to ensure reliable data flow across enterprise applications.

    Own the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our core business systems.

    Support user adoption and change management by developing documentation, training users, and providing ongoing support for business system enhancements

    Coordinate testing and validation of business system enhancements prior to deployment to ensure quality and successful implementation.

    Support master data governance by maintaining accurate business data and improving data quality across core business systems.

    Analyze business workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement system improvements that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

    Develop dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports that provide business leaders with actionable insights and improve decision-making.

    Evaluate emerging AI and automation tools and recommend practical solutions that improve productivity and business performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    College degree in a related field or equivalent experience

    Minimum of three years of hands-on experience administering or configuring enterprise business systems (ERP and CRM), with strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and backend functionality. 

    Experience supporting integrations using middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Celigo, SPS Commerce, or similar integration technologies. 

    Experience managing technical vendors and system implementation projects

    Experience participating in ERP or business system implementations from requirements through deployment 

    Hands-on experience with NetSuite or any related ERP

    Experience with Salesforce or related CRM systems

    Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams

    Ability to learn business processes quickly

    Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning

    Experience documenting business processes

Preferred Qualifications

    Experience supporting manufacturing or distribution environments with knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain business processes preferred. Experience integrating eCommerce platforms with ERP systems

    Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and validating business system enhancements. Strong understanding of API-based integrations

    Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills

    Experience documenting business processes, gathering business requirements, and developing functional solutions
