Business Systems Architect

Eagleview is a leading provider of aerial imagery, property insights and software that transforms the way people work. Eagleview holds more than 300 patents and owns a large geospatial data and imagery library encompassing 94 percent of the US population. Eagleview provides the most accurate data, enabling customers in the government, construction, solar and insurance industries to make timely, informed and better decisions.

We are seeking a Business Systems Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of our enterprise application ecosystem, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, and a new Billing/Subscription Management platform. This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow, process alignment, and system scalability across our business landscape.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration strategies, and business process design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define how systems interact, ensure data integrity, and support business growth through scalable and efficient technology solutions.

This is a full-time, remote role with a salary range of $119,000 - $140,000, bonus eligible.

• Architect and maintain the end-to-end integration strategy across Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, and the billing/subscription platform.
• Design and document system interactions, data flows, and integration points to ensure consistency, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and align systems with business objectives.
• Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance for new initiatives and enhancements.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and frameworks to support evolving business needs.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across systems through robust architecture and integration practices.
• Mentor and guide development and operations teams on best practices for system integration and architecture.

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, with a focus on SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience with Salesforce or other CRM Platforms (Sales/Service/CPQ) and NetSuite ERP architecture and customization.
• Strong expertise in Boomi or similar iPaaS platforms for system integration.
• Experience with subscription billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Chargebee, or similar) and understanding of recurring revenue models.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, API design, and system interoperability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce and/or NetSuite certifications.
• Experience with data warehousing, reporting platforms, or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in finance, billing, or revenue operations is a plus.
