A rapidly growing security technology company is seeking a Business Systems Engineer to build and scale the company’s technology infrastructure. This role will focus on Salesforce development, system integrations, AI-powered automation, and creating scalable solutions that improve business operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical builder who enjoys solving problems, learning a business from the inside out, and using technology to create meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize the company’s Salesforce platform.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce, QuickBooks, payroll, and other systems.
• Create AI-powered agents, automations, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology.
• Build systems that support company growth and efficiency.
• Work closely with leadership to design and implement new solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, automation, or similar technical role.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and building technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a developer mindset.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools or automation platforms is a plus.
• Ambitious, curious, and excited to build systems from the ground up.
