How you'll contribute to our mission
At Frontline Education, our mission is to transform how schools work so every educator and student succeeds. Our vision is simple and powerful: every school thriving, every community stronger.
As an Intern, you’ll play an important role in helping schools discover solutions that save time, improve operations, and support educators in doing their best work. You’ll gain hands-on experience inside a collaborative SaaS organization while supporting initiatives that directly impact K-12 districts across the country.
This internship is designed for someone who is curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, innovation, and customer success matter deeply. You’ll work alongside experienced sales and marketing professionals while building foundational skills in communication, business development, technology, and relationship building.
How you'll drive success
• Support Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives with outbound prospecting efforts through email, phone outreach, LinkedIn, and event follow-up activities.
• Research K-12 school districts, administrators, and education trends to help identify opportunities that align with customer needs and priorities.
• Maintain and organize prospect and account information within Salesforce and related sales tools to support accurate data and effective team collaboration.
• Assist with webinar, campaign, and event follow-up efforts in partnership with Marketing teams.
• Participate in onboarding sessions, trainings, team meetings, and customer conversations to build knowledge of Frontline’s consultative sales approach and solutions portfolio.
• Shadow discovery calls and customer interactions to learn effective communication, active listening, and relationship-building techniques.
• Support the creation of presentations, sales materials, customer research, and outreach preparation.
• Gain exposure to pipeline management, territory planning, forecasting processes, and CRM best practices.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to support projects and shared initiatives.
• Bring ideas, curiosity, and a team-first mindset to help improve engagement, outreach, and operational efficiency.
• Learn how thoughtful AI usage and emerging technologies can support personalization, productivity, and smarter decision-making across sales workflows.
• Contribute to a culture that values ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-centered outcomes.
What you bring to help us grow
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to balance multiple responsibilities while staying organized and dependable.
• Strong collaboration, discipline, and time-management skills developed through academics, athletics, leadership, work experience, or team-based environments.
• Interest in technology, business development, customer engagement, or sales operations.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, along with a willingness to learn how they can improve efficiency and customer experiences responsibly.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for new challenges in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and contributing to shared goals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, or sales tools is helpful but not required.
• Customer service, leadership, athletics, or extracurricular involvement that demonstrates resilience, accountability, and teamwork is highly valued.
What you'll need to thrive
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn through feedback, coaching, and hands-on experience.
 • Comfort exploring new technologies, learning quickly, and contributing in a collaborative SaaS environment.
 • Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to managing tasks, priorities, and follow-through.
 • Confidence communicating thoughtfully and professionally with teammates and internal partners.
 • An interest in understanding customer needs and helping contribute to positive outcomes for educators and school communities.
 • A collaborative mindset that reflects Frontline’s values of Own It, Be Better Together, and Obsess Over Customer Success.

Throughout the internship experience, you’ll have opportunities to:
 • Learn from experienced professionals across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams
 • Build practical skills in communication, technology, business development, and customer engagement
 • Explore how AI and emerging technologies can support smarter, more efficient ways of working
 • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and collaborative projects that support professional growth
