Business Systems / QA Analyst - 3618581

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Business Systems / QA Analyst position! This is a 15+ month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid role in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and test case documentation.
• Conduct research and analysis of moderately complex data to ensure functional accuracy.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in application training and project methodology.
• Facilitate project meetings and lead requirements gathering with business clients.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and liaise with the technology team.
• Estimate timelines and deliverables for moderately complex to complex projects.
• Act as test coordinator for large initiatives and participate in post-implementation reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors and testing teams for implementation and UAT planning.
• Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and audit standards.
• Monitor scope, timeline, and regulatory adherence throughout project lifecycle.

What You'll Need to Have:

• Experience working in commercial banking
• SIT and UAT test management/coordination experience, preferably with loan servicing systems
• Ability to write business requirements and test scripts/cases
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Combined minimum of 5 years of higher education and/or business analytics experience
• Strong time management, organizational, and analytical thinking skills
• Experience preparing BRDs, test plans, and functional documentation
• Proficiency with PC-based tools and relevant project management applications

Pay Range: $36-$39/hr
