This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday. Employees should be flexible to work an 8-hour shift during our regular business hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with business users and technology teams to transform ideas into efficient, scalable business solutions.
• Drive meaningful business improvements by analyzing processes, identifying opportunities, and recommending innovative solutions.
• Gather, define, and document business and technical requirements that shape successful projects and technology initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and gain approval on business requirements, ensuring delivered solutions align with organizational goals and business needs.
• Provide technical support for system development, including new implementations, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance within Microsoft Suite
• Leverage technology to design and enable effective business solutions
• Analyze routine business issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Produce, publish, and distribute scheduled and ad hoc client and operational reports on product, process, and technology performance
• Define and manage project scope and objectives throughout the project lifecycle
• Escalate risks, issues, and concerns to the Manager and Analyst Leads as appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of current experience and / OR education with evaluating and analyzing data using SQL OR other programming languages
• 1+ years of experience with working in a professional setting utilizing Microsoft Suite applications (including any of the following: Microsoft Word (create correspondence), Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets), Microsoft Access (database management), OR Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management))
• Must interview on site at 2720 N. Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, NV, 89128
• Must reside within commutable distance to 2720 N. Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, NV, 89128
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV on a full-time basis.
• This position requires flexibility to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week) consisting of 8-hour shifts during business hours, Monday through Friday, between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. PST.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in utilizing Visual Basic to automate and enhance Microsoft Suite Processes
• 1+ years of experience in a technical OR metrics - based environment
• 1+ years of experience with analyzing and solving customer problems in an office setting environment
• 1+ years of experience in using Microsoft Access OR other relational database to create reporting and interactive User Interfaces for large amounts of users
• VBA in a professional setting
• Healthcare Industry experience
• Experience in Claims Analysis
• Experience in Facets
• Experience in Project Management and Project Management Life Cycle
• Experience in provider OR product configuration

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $24 - $43 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
