Business Systems Staff Analyst

Our client, a Medical Devices/Healthcare company, is looking for a Business Systems Staff Analyst for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with IT Labeling/UDI and Business Labeing leadership to continually review and refine the systems strategy that enables the organization to be as effective and optimized as possible
• Captures business requirements and initiates new IT projects and enhancements based on those requirements
• Leading the analysis and requirement gathering efforts related to the system by communicating clearly and concisely with both business and technical individuals
• Coordinates projects of small to medium complexity from ideation through all phases of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) - initiation, planning, execution, and closing
• Applies principles, concepts, and practices of IT Service Management (ITSM), PMLC, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protected
• Flexing to other tasks as problems or other opportunities arise

Requirements:

• Experience supporting IT solutions and Large IT projects
• Experience integrating data and/or transactions between applications including Data Modeling, Governance, and Data Querying
• Experience preparing business requirements documentation
• Experience with ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC concepts and practices
• Ability to work successfully remotely/virtually and as part of a geographically distributed and organizationally diverse team
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing organizational needs and business priorities
• Demonstrated interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills; appropriately shares viewpoints and encourages the free exchange of information and opinions across all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 12 years of relevant experience
• At least 4 years of experience utilizing formal ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC processes and tools in an IT role
