Job Description:
Duties:
- Collaborates with IT Labeling/UDI and Business Labeing leadership to continually review and refine the systems strategy that enables the organization to be as effective and optimized as possible
- Captures business requirements and initiates new IT projects and enhancements based on those requirements
- Leading the analysis and requirement gathering efforts related to the system by communicating clearly and concisely with both business and technical individuals
- Coordinates projects of small to medium complexity from ideation through all phases of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) initiation, planning, execution, and closing
- Applies principles, concepts, and practices of IT Service Management (ITSM), PMLC, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protected
- Flexing to other tasks as problems or other opportunities arise
Skills:
- Experience supporting IT solutions and Large IT projects
- Experience integrating data and/or transactions between applications including Data Modeling, Governance, and Data Querying
- Experience preparing business requirements documentation
- Experience with ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC concepts and practices
- Ability to work successfully remotely/virtually and as part of a geographically distributed and organizationally diverse team
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing organizational needs and business priorities
- Demonstrated interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills; appropriately shares viewpoints and encourages the free exchange of information and opinions across all levels of the organization
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 12 years of relevant experience
- At least 4 years of experience utilizing formal ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC processes and tools in an IT role
