Business Technologies Engineer I

The Business Technologies Engineer I will provide advanced engineering and technical expertise in support of mining operations, with a focus on implementing and optimizing business technologies that enhance operational efficiency, analytics, reporting, and digital transformation. The role also plays a key part in supporting autonomous technology projects and applying industrial engineering methodologies to identify value opportunities. By leveraging value mapping, data analysis, and process improvement techniques, this position drives operational uplift and cost reduction through technology-enabled solutions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience in technical/operational tasks and roles.
• Implementing autonomous vehicles, data analytics, and operational dashboards within mining and heavy industries is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant engineering experience is preferred, with demonstrated responsibility for business technology, digital transformation, autonomous technology projects, and/or operational cost optimization.
• English language fluency
