Partner with technical administrators to configure and enhance Atlassian tools, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
Research, test, and experiment with Artificial Intelligence capabilities within our technology toolset to identify innovative solutions and improvement opportunities.
Analyze current business and IT processes, document findings, and draft recommendations for new or improved workflows.
Assist with projects that address organizational challenges by researching, developing, and implementing practical solutions.
Create and maintain documentation, reference materials, and process guides to support ongoing operational improvements.
