Our client is a small, client-focused boutique firm located in Lake Oswego, serving clients throughout the Portland metropolitan area. The firm’s practice encompasses estate planning, taxation, business, real estate, elder law, family law, and personal injury.
A distinguishing strength of the firm is its substantial tax background, which allows its attorneys to provide particularly well-rounded counsel to business owners, individuals, and families navigating complex legal and financial matters.
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be a thoughtful, capable attorney who can take ownership of matters and projects with minimal supervision and review. Strong practical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to provide sophisticated legal counsel directly to clients are essential.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of Oregon legal experience
- Strong experience in business transactions, real estate, business tax, or related areas
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage client matters
- Excellent analytical, writing, communication, and client-service skills
- Sound professional judgment and attention to detail
- Ability and desire to handle sophisticated business and individual client matters
- An established book of business sufficient to generate approximately 50% of workload
