As we rapidly become the world's largest consumer of corporate services in many categories, the Global Corporate Procurement team is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to join our Procurement team in Arlington, VA.

Key job responsibilities

- Drive operational excellence initiatives to define roadmap plans, develop and manage implementation activities.

- Develop documentation and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support.

- Establish channels for continuous feedback and improvement across the organization.

- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners, key stakeholders, and team members. Ensuring Plan B's are always in place.

- Actively seeking out opportunities to optimize processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall performance across the organization

- Design processes and procedures that scale with the business' growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.

- Applying tools and techniques from Lean and Six Sigma to streamline processes, eliminate waste, and reduce variation

- Utilizing data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and measure the impact of improvement initiatives

- Leading and supporting change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices

- Working with teams across different departments to identify and implement improvements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree

- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt certification

- Demonstrated track record of Six Sigma problem-solving and analytical skills, and of achieving results in similar work or operational environments

- Experience with technology transformation initiatives

- Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing

- 3+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, LEAN/Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives

- Expertise in operational excellence methodologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
