The Business Translator plays a critical role in the AI for Growth program by serving as the bridge between commercial teams and the data science and analytics organization. The role is accountable for prioritizing high‑value use cases, translating business needs into clear analytical requirements, and activating AI‑driven insights within commercial workflows to drive adoption and measurable business impact. The Business Translator works closely with the AI for Growth Program Manager and Data Science leads.

About the Role
The Business Translator plays a critical role in Solenis's AI for Growth program by ensuring AI‑driven sales insights are successfully activated within commercial teams to deliver measurable business impact. Acting as the bridge between commercial leadership and data science, this role is accountable for translating AI model outputs into actionable commercial initiatives that accelerate sales funnel velocity and revenue capture.
This position focuses exclusively on AI‑prioritized growth opportunities, working closely with commercial leaders to embed insights directly into sales workflows, tools, and decision‑making processes. The role does not perform data science or digital marketing work; instead, it ensures that AI investments translate into adoption, momentum, and tangible results at the commercial frontline.
Key Responsibilities
Translate commercial strategy and business priorities into clearly defined, high‑value AI and analytics use cases
Drive adoption and activation of AI‑powered sales opportunities across commercial teams
Facilitate structured working sessions with commercial stakeholders to validate insights, gather feedback, and refine use cases
Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to embed AI insights into commercial processes and tools, including Salesforce workflows, win‑rooms, campaign planning, seller action lists, and funnel prioritization
Lead global change management efforts to ensure AI‑enabled tools and processes are consistently adopted and embedded into day‑to‑day selling activities
Collaborate closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to:
Sequence and prioritize initiatives aligned to commercial value
Support model testing, validation, and refinement cycles
Translate analytical outputs into business‑relevant insights for commercial execution
Measure success based on adoption, funnel velocity, and revenue impact tied directly to activated insights

The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,530.00 and $137,181.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
