In this role, you will assist clients in planning seamless, personalized travel experiences from start to finish. You’ll play an essential part in coordinating itineraries, managing bookings, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure every trip is smooth, memorable, and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate vacations, cruises, group travel, and custom itineraries
• Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options tailored to client needs
• Manage reservations, confirmations, and client communications
• Provide professional, responsive support throughout the travel process
• Follow up with clients post-travel to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
