The Business Unit Administrator provides strategic and administrative support for our Finance and Development leaders and teams. Helping to drive key initiatives, optimize processes, coordinate projects, and contribute to the successful execution of organizational objectives.

What You'll Do:
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years advanced operational administrative experience required.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks required.
Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and business administration required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels required.
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant business software required.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality required.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent years of experience
Minimum of 6 years experience in capital accounting, FP&A, or asset‑focused finance roles
Proven experience leading managers and/or complex teams
Advanced Excel and reporting/analytics capabilities
Strong command of financial and analytical frameworks
Demonstrated ability to:
Lead through ambiguity and competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate effectively across functions and leadership levels.
Design, scale, and improve operating models
Strong executive‑level communication and decision‑support skills
