Business Unit Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-impact Business Unit Leadership Team of General Managers and Marketing, HR, Finance, and enterprise partners. Set the priorities, create the rhythm, and drive accountability.

•Drive growth, margin, cash, and customer results across a ~$200M portfolio.
•Turn bold strategy into clear choices, focused plans, and decisive action.
•Develop exceptional GMs, build a deep leadership bench, and create teams that win.
•Scale what works across brands without losing local speed or identity.
•Unlock technician productivity through better staffing, scheduling, training, and field execution.
•Use data, technology, and field insight to unlock the next level of performance.

Preferred Background
• 15+ years leading home or consumer services or another complex, multi-site operation
• Military leadership experience welcomed
• Experience leading in a private equity-backed, performance-driven environment
• P&L ownership above $175M
• Proven success leading enterprise transformation and turning strategy into measurable
results
• MBA preferred

Travel
Live in-market or near a major airport. Travel weekly within the business unit and nationally as
needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $250,000 - $290,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs. This role is also eligible for short and long term compensation subject to plan terms. TurnPoint offers a comprehensive total rewards package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off; and other benefits in accordance with applicable plans and policies.
California Pay Transparency: The stated base salary range reflects TurnPoint’s good-faith estimate of the pay reasonably expected for this position at the time of posting. Actual base salary will be determined using lawful, job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and work location. Incentive compensation and benefits are offered separately and are not included in the base salary range.
