Valuation Manager to join our growing Valuation practice. This role will lead and manage valuation consulting engagements, oversee financial and valuation analyses, and deliver high-quality advisory services to clients. The Valuation Manager will also play an important role in developing team members, strengthening client relationships, supporting business development, and contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of the practice.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple valuation consulting engagements from planning through completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables, timely execution, and exceptional client service.
- Perform and oversee financial statement analysis, valuation analyses, industry and economic research, and the preparation and review of valuation reports.
- Conduct management interviews and site visits to develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses, operations, financial performance, and key value drivers.
- Apply financial analysis, valuation methodologies, accounting principles, operational data, performance measures, and industry benchmarks to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business insights.
- Effectively define engagement scope and objectives, manage project resources and timelines, anticipate and resolve issues, and deliver on client commitments while achieving budget and realization goals.
- Ensure engagements are performed in accordance with applicable professional standards and legal, regulatory, and firm requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by applying technical valuation expertise, sound business judgment, and strategic insight to complex financial and business matters.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members, including reviewing work, providing actionable feedback, and supporting professional development.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, enhance engagement execution, and strengthen the client experience.
- Support the strategic growth and development of the Valuation practice by identifying market opportunities and contributing to practice initiatives.
