Position Summary
The Busser supports impeccable table maintenance and service flow, contributing to a luxurious and welcoming ambiance. This role enhances every detail that distinguishes a fine-dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities • Reset and prepare tables with precision and speed • Maintain pristine dining room environment at all times • Assist servers with beverage refills, bread service, and guest requests • Polish glassware & silver to luxury standards • Ensure smooth transitions through each stage of service
Qualifications • Experience in upscale dining environment a plus • Graceful, professional movement in the dining room • Commitment to cleanliness and proactive support
Physical Requirements • Ability to stand and walk up to 8-10 hours per shift • Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 40 lbs (bus tubs, linens, chairs, etc.) • Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions • Comfortable moving quickly and quietly in a luxury dining environment
