Key Responsibilities
Reset and prepare tables with precision and speed
Maintain pristine dining room environment at all times
Assist servers with beverage refills, bread service, and guest requests
Polish glassware & silver to luxury standards
Ensure smooth transitions through each stage of service
Qualifications
Experience in upscale dining environment a plus
Graceful, professional movement in the dining room
Commitment to cleanliness and proactive support
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk up to 8-10 hours per shift
Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 40 lbs (bus tubs, linens, chairs, etc.)
Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Comfortable moving quickly and quietly in a luxury dining environment
