What you will have an opportunity to do:
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and team-oriented PM Busser/Barback to join our hotel restaurant and lobby bar team!
This is a a dual role, working simultaneously as both the dinning room busser and the lobby bar barback.
Position Summary: The PM Restaurant & Bar Busser/Barback supports hotel restaurant and bar operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment during evening service. This role works closely with servers and bartenders to ensure timely table resets, bar readiness, liquor setup and seamless service that enhances the overall guest experience and reflects hotel service standards.
This is a Full-Time position that requires the ability to work any day of the week, from 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM, including weekend, holidays and special events. Schedule will change weekly based on business demands.
