Job Description
Looking to add an enthusiastic busser to our team
Key Responsibilities
- Table Turnover: Clearing dirty dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and resetting tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Service Support: Assisting waiters by running food from the kitchen, filling water glasses, and bringing extra items to tables.
- Station Maintenance: Stocking waiter stations with supplies (napkins, silverware, condiments) and keeping dining areas clean.
- Cleaning: If needed Sweeping/mopping floors, wiping chairs, and emptying trash cans.
- Team player, must be willing to cross train
- Guest Service: Greeting guests, providing water/bread, and responding to basic requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, bend, and lift over pounds.
- Efficiency: High-speed, multi-tasking skills to handle busy, high-traffic periods
