La Petite Maison Boston is looking for Bussers who keep the floor running like clockwork.

This role is essential to the guest experience - clearing, resetting, and supporting the floor team so that service never skips a beat. Its a great entry point into fine dining with a brand that invests in its people.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly

• Support servers and runners during service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor and service areas

• Assist with bread service and other table maintenance tasks

What Were Looking For

• Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

• Fast, organized, and reliable under pressure

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
