    Job Description

    At Penne Pomodoro, we believe great hospitality is all about the details. Our bussers play an important role in creating a welcoming, clean, and enjoyable experience for every guest while supporting our servers and restaurant team.

    We’re looking for energetic, team-oriented people who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant and take pride in keeping things running smoothly. If you’re friendly, attentive, and ready to jump in wherever needed, we’d love to have you on our team.

    Weekend availability is required for this position.

    What You’ll Do
    • Promptly clean and reset tables, chairs, and booths between seatings.
    • Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for our guests.
    • Pre-bus tables proactively, especially during busy service periods.
    • Take soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware to the dish room and properly sort and organize them.
    • Assist servers with food delivery, particularly for larger parties.

    What We’re Looking For
    • Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
    • Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
    • Able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
    • Working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
    • Able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, and safely move throughout the restaurant.
    • Able to remain standing and active for extended periods of time.
    • Must have weekend availabilty.
