Busser/Food Runner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Busser/Food Runner to join our team. The Busser/Food Runner will be responsible for assisting the waitstaff in serving food and beverages to our guests, clearing tables, and ensuring the dining area is clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up the dining area before service
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Deliver food and beverages to tables as needed
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

This is a part-time/full-time position with evening and weekend shifts required. Flexible availability is a plus.
