Busser/Drink Runner

Main responsibilities:

This is a intro position if you are interested working in the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for bussing/cleaning table for dishes and help reset the table for the next guest. Assist with guest requested when needed. At the same time, you will have to learn how to serve drinks: soda, beers, cocktail, single/double shot per guests order.

Responsibilities:

Table Service:.

Clearing dirty dishes and cutlery, wiping down tables, and resetting them with clean linens, glasses, and silverware. 

Drink Delivery:

Refilling drinks for guests, delivering drinks from the bar to tables. 

Cleanliness:

Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including sweeping floors, mopping spills, and keeping the restaurant in good condition. 

Server Support:.

Assisting servers by refilling water glasses, clearing tables, and generally supporting the smooth flow of service. 

Customer Service:.

Greeting guests, answering basic questions, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone. 

Knowledge of drink Menu:

Having a good understanding of the beverage menu and being able to answer questions about drinks.

  • Pace: Working efficiently and quickly, especially during busy times. 
  • Communication: Being able to communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and guests. 
  • Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with other members of the restaurant team.
