Job Description:

As an Evening Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and ready for our guests at all times. This is an evening position, requiring availability from 5:30pm to ,

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, including removing dishes, utensils, and glassware.
• Set tables with appropriate utensils, glassware, and napkins before new guests are seated.
• Assist servers by refilling water glasses, replenishing condiments, and providing additional service items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors and restrooms.
• Communicate effectively with servers to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Handle and dispose of waste properly, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with special tasks or projects as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a busser or in a similar role within a restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide outstanding service to guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
