Responsibilities:
Quickly clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a smooth flow of service.
Assist servers by delivering food, refilling drinks, and ensuring guests have what they need.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
Support kitchen and bar staff by restocking supplies as needed.
Work closely with the team to create a positive and welcoming guest experience.
Assist in other duties as assigned to keep the restaurant running efficiently.
Qualifications:
A team player with a strong work ethic and great attitude.
Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train you!
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. (trays, bus tubs, and supplies).
Standing and walking for extended periods in a busy restaurant setting.
Bending, reaching, and stooping to clear tables and restock items.
Moving quickly to keep up with the flow of service.
