We're looking for energetic, dependable, and team-oriented Bussers to join our opening team and help create an outstanding dining experience for every guest.

Position Summary
The Busser plays a vital role in supporting the front-of-house team by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room. This position ensures tables are reset promptly, assists servers with guest needs, and helps provide efficient, seamless service throughout each shift.


Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly according to Serai's standards.
• Refill water glasses and assist with bread service or other guest needs as directed.
• Assist servers by delivering food, beverages, and other items to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas.
• Polish and restock silverware, glassware, plates, and other dining supplies.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests whenever interacting with them.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
