Mama Ricotta’s is consistently rated among the city’s best Italian restaurants providing exemplary service to our guests since 1992. After 30 years in business, Mama Ricotta's restaurant is expanding and refreshing its location housed in the Midtown area of Uptown Charlotte.

The Mama Ricotta’s team is currently looking to add Server Assistants \ Bussers to our restaurant. If you are looking to advance into becoming a Server, this position will teach the fundamentals of delivering exemplary service to our guests. As a busser, you’ll partner with our Service Team to deliver memorable dining experiences to our guests.

Busser Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide great service by assisting all servers in meeting the needs of our guests
• Assist servers, host, and managers in keeping the dining room and all guest areas clean and organized
• Support servers by pre-bussing tables to keep them spotless and ensure our guests are having an excellent dining experience
• Complete all side work and any extra duties assigned by the manager 

We Are Looking for a Busser Who:

• Is guest-service oriented
• Is outgoing, upbeat, positive, and a great team player
• Has high standards and an ability to multitask
• Can lift up to 25 pounds
• Thrives in a constantly changing environment
