Job Description:

A Busser serves guests by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. Bussers will help bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the dining room.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils; being alert to guest spills or other special needs
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware and dishware
• Clean, sanitize and reset tables after guests leave
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all dining areas

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
• High energy levels
• Ability to work in a team

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Available to work various shifts

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds during scheduled shift.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift.
• In addition to the essential job duties stated above, the ability to interact effectively with others, including guests and co-workers, are essential functions of the job.
