Ensuring that service stations are always fully stocked with clean linens, silverware, glasses, and other necessary items. Sweeping and mopping the floors, emptying trash, and ensuring the dining and kitchen areas are kept clean and orderly. Requirements include prolonged standing and walking, the ability to lift heavy trays and bags (often 25-50 lbs), and the capacity to bend, stoop, reach, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
