Busser

Naperville Country Club, located in Naperville, IL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Busser! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$12 - $14 per hour + tips

Key Responsibilities:

• Assures that all material used by the server is clean and ready for daily operation
• Possesses knowledge of the position of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges
• Sets the outside line with underliner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and any other items needed for the delivery of food
• Organizes plates in the window and matches each one with its corresponding ticket to run food to tables
• Sets tables in accordance with Troon Golf standards
• Ensures that each menu item is prepared to the exact specifications outlined on each ticket
• Corrects menu items with the chef before delivery if they do not meet specifications
• Fills and refills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used
• Clears dishes in front of guests upon completion of each course
• Clears and resets tables when guests leave, including but not limited to: changing tablecloths, brushing chairs, repositioning chairs, replacing silverware and glassware, and replacing napkins
• Assists the server when needed
• Keeps workstations well stocked with items and ingredients
• Cleans workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• One month related experience or training

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness, and neatness

• Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays
