Victory Tap (Coming Soon - Summer 2026) The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented and works well in a team oriented, fast-paced environment.
Main Duties - Detail all tables before service begins, ensure place settings are neat and organized
- Ensure appropriate table setting and china is used for various services throughout the day
- Stock all stations upon arrival (small plates, sharing plates, water and wines glasses, and all the silverware) and maintain throughout service
- Clear tables plates, silver / glassware between each course and subsequently wipe down and re-set table for new guests
- Complete side work before and after service
- Remove all the dirty linen from station and trash is empty and clean
Required Skills/Qualifications - 1+ years of experience as a restaurant busser
- Flexible schedule and open to working weekends / holidays
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Detail oriented ability to multitask and deliver results in demanding and fast-paced environment
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
