Busser/Support Staff- Renaissance Allentown- Part-Time - Evenings

Essential Functions
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests depart.
- Assist servers and bartenders with guest service needs.
- Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other items as directed.
- Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and restaurant common areas.
- Stock and replenish service supplies including silverware, napkins, glassware, and condiments.
- Assist with polishing glassware, rolling silverware, and preparing the dining room for service.
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Support restaurant opening, closing, and side-work duties.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Work cooperatively with all team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
