Job Description: Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated and friendly Martorano's Busser to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include bussing tables, stocking and maintaining side stations, and serving beverages with a smile. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensuring that prescribed stock levels are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Bus tables and maintain side stations efficiently
- Serve beverages and ensure a fresh supply of coffee and water
- Assist guests with courtesy and professionalism
- Follow management's directives at all times
- Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain prescribed stock levels
- Empty trash and stock bus carts as necessary
- Return dirty tableware to the kitchen
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Requires prolonged standing and walking
- Requires mobility
- Requires bending and reaching from floor level to 6 ft.
- Requires lifting up to 40lbs
- Requires transporting, pushing, pulling and maneuvering carts weighing up to 75 lbs through crowded areas
- Requires eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity, normal hearing and normal vision
- Requires the use of electrical equipment
- Requires regular, predictable
- Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and customers. Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
