Busser/Server Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking full-time and/or part-time Bussers to join our team for the 2026 season! In this role, you will remove dirty dishes and wipe down surfaces, replace tablecloths, set tables, and provide patrons with water and coffee. Your goal is to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our patrons. The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced environment. We will train the right person! Our busser position is paid hourly but is a tipped based position and receives cash tip outs from service staff daily, and we pay out checks on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces
• Remove tablecloths and reset tables
• Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Refill coffee, water, and condiments as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Friendly and outgoing personality
